Watercolor Painting "Un Ratito Mar" Signed 165/300 #300003

This item is a great watercolor painting by Rocco Pruelter (at least that's what the signature looks like)which is 165 of 300. It is signed as you can see in the picture. The frame is metal with a glass front. The picture is of a small girl sleeping in a hammock. This pictures still has the original retail tag on the back which says it cost $215.00. It measures 7 1/2" x 8 1/2".
